Kevin Taylor is a graduate from the FBI’s notorious training programme. He has now transferred everything he learned into the world of business.
He will be sharing his real life experiences using the values of listening, influence, first impressions and trust (LIFT) to uncover what affects a person’s decision making and motivates listening.
The session will demonstrate how to:

- challenge communication methods
- build client relationships
- motivate teams
- enhance leadership qualities
- positively influence others.
Kevin has over 30 years’ experience in the police, working his way through the ranks, from a uniformed officer to Chief Inspector. But it was in hostage and crisis negotiation situations, when listening really is a matter of life or death, where Kevin thrived.
