Non Profits: Finance systems implementation
This event is now fully booked.
This is our second breakfast briefing in our 2018 series. The briefings will be run by experts from our Non Profit unit and are designed to address the key issues facing those in the sector.
Increasingly, charities are demanding more from their finance systems. The need for accurate and timely management information has never been more paramount in order to drive effective decision making. Despite the improvements in technology, increasingly we see challenges in implementing new finance systems, with the new system often only reflecting what has been in place previously, rather than realising the benefits from the new technology.
We will discuss the key considerations when implementing a new finance system, from a technology and change control perspectives. We will also provide a range of case studies from organisations highlighting common issues experienced and lessons learnt.
