Developing our people and the Women’s Empowerment Programme
The market we work in is changing. Our people and clients are becoming more diverse and in recognition of that, we are creating a culture where everyone has the chance to succeed.
In 2017 we launched our Women’s Empowerment Programme, designed to promote women in business and make sure everyone, regardless of gender or background, has the opportunity to advance their careers. We aim to create an environment where everyone can work flexibly, is encouraged to build their own networks, and has real role models to look up to.
